Refund & Return Policy for Rayne Pure Coastal™

At Rayne Pure Coastal™, we want every purchase to feel like the perfect fit. Because many of our products are custom, limited in quantity, or related to personal use, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Final Sale Items

The following categories are non-refundable and final sale:

  • Skincare & personal care products

  • Apparel (shirts, visors, etc.)

  • Home fragrance (candles, linen mists, diffusers)

  • Seasonal or promotional merchandise

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout or in the product description

  • Any customized, made-to-order, or special-order items

Due to the personal or perishable nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Eligible Return Items

Some select décor or gift items may be eligible for return if:

  • The product page clearly states it is returnable

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • You receive return approval via email prior to sending the item back

If an item is not labeled as returnable, it is considered final sale.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed by emailing us at contact@raynepc.com. After that period, all orders are processed and considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We strongly recommend inspecting all deliveries upon receipt before discarding packaging. Once an item is accepted and packaging is discarded, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Approvals and Store Credit

In rare cases, we may approve a return for a normally non-returnable item. If approved:

  • A 15% restocking fee may be applied

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Unsolicited returns will not be accepted or refunded

Furniture or Oversized Returns (if applicable)

If furniture items are approved for return:

  • A partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued after initial approval

  • The remaining balance will be refunded once the item is picked up by our fulfillment carrier

  • Pickup fees and logistics will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error. Approved returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Shipping Delays

All products remain final sale regardless of order processing or shipping delays. Estimated shipping and restock timelines are accepted at the time of purchase. For time-sensitive needs, we recommend contacting us prior to ordering.
