At Rayne Pure Coastal™, we take care in preparing and delivering your order with efficiency and attention to detail. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping timelines, costs, and procedures.

Standard Shipping & Handling
Most in-stock items ship within 7 to 10 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers depending on size and destination.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and added to your total.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipment.
Local Pickup (Louisiana Customers)
We offer local pickup for customers located near our fulfillment site in 11414 Angelle Ln., Abbieville, LA 70510
Pickup is free of charge.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready, typically within 2–5 business days.
Pickup instructions, including location and hours, will be included in the notification.
Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of readiness notification.
Please note:
If your order is not picked up within the pickup window, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Unclaimed items will not be held indefinitely.
Delivery Timeframes
Transit times vary depending on your location and carrier volume.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Any shipping lead times provided are estimates and may change. We will notify you in the event of any significant delay.
Made-to-Order and Vendor-Shipped Items
Select items may ship directly from our vendor partners and are clearly marked on the product page. These include:
Fragrance refills
Oversized décor
Limited-run or seasonal collections
Please note: Vendor-shipped items may carry longer lead times and are final sale, unless defective.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States.

We cannot reroute or redirect shipments once they are in transit. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at [Insert Contact Email]. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or changed.
White Glove or Freight Shipping (If Applicable)
For select oversized items (e.g., furniture), delivery may be arranged via a third-party freight carrier. If this applies to your order:
You will be contacted to schedule a delivery time.
It is your responsibility to ensure clear access to the delivery area.
White glove service may be offered depending on your location but is not guaranteed.
We do not offer assembly or packaging removal services unless otherwise noted.
If the freight provider is unable to deliver due to lack of response or access, your item may be returned to us and subject to a restocking fee and return shipping cost.
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos of the damaged item
Images of the original packaging
Your order number and contact information
Send this information to contact@raynepc.com to initiate a claim. Most items are eligible for replacement. We cannot guarantee claims submitted after the 24-hour window.
Package Theft or Missing Deliveries
Once tracking shows your package as "delivered," we consider the order complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please ship to a secure location or consider requiring a signature at delivery when available.
Shipping Delays
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or inventory restocks are beyond our control. While we’ll do everything we can to keep you informed, refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays. Final sale status remains in place regardless of delivery windows.
